A Little About Me...

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling and have spent the past two decades studying Psycology, Yoga Theraputics and Elemental Embodiment Healing.

In the process I have coached over a thousand women and lived in Boston, New York, London, Bali and now the picturesque Isle of Wight in the UK (think Martha’s Vineyard equivalent if you’re American).

I am married to a conscious, inspiring soulmate (committed to men’s personal growth), have two spirited daughters and a conscious community of fellow Mamas navigating their path together.

I am called lucky, but I’m here because I faced my pain, faced my fears and healed. And as a result….

"I do motherhood differently."

After my first child, I spent a lot of time thinking how I could transform into a “good mother” while continuing to transcend my career into the highest levels.

I wanted to be the shiniest version of my pre-mommy self, but now with a baby-in-tow.

One year into motherhood, I was trying SO hard and leaking energy.

I fell back into old patterns and returned to the comfort of my eating disorder to help me manage how overwhelmed I felt.

I needed help and went on a 9-month healing journey in Bali.

On that journey, I had an epiphany.

I realized I am not meant to fit into the current paradigm of motherhood.

Instead, I knew that my mission this lifetime was to create a new version of motherhood for myself and my family.

Since then, I have explored and embodied the new version of me that wanted to come through.

The way I mother now is unique to me.

It is an extension of my own unique soul and self expression.

No one needs to do motherhood like me, but in my experience of working with over a thousand moms, I have found woman are currently doing motherhood the way they think it “should be”, and it’s not a true extension of who they are.

If this is you, it’s time for you to begin exploring your own version of motherhood.

It’s time to leave behind the exhaustion and loss of your inauthentic self.

It’s time to embrace a purposeful you, a passionate relationship and a connection with your children that turns heads.

Dreams can come true…

if we act on them.
